The message of the “Secret Yogi” is that we all have this heroic self, our inner source, that we cultivate through the tools of yoga, meditation, breath work, energy work and related practices to make a seemingly ordinary world extraordinary. We all have this super hero that lives within. Yoga, meditation, breath work, energy work, and related practices allow us to tap into our “super powers”. Our “super powers” being mindfulness, awareness, love, focus and creating happiness from within to list just a few and ultimately remove physical tensions to feel good in a body that we love. You can be new to yoga, currently in your journey and/or utilizing yoga and related practices as tools to perform in other disciplines (running, snowboarding, art, music, martial arts, business, golf, swimming, cycling, parenthood etc) or simply daily life. Nevertheless you would like to utilize the tools of yoga, meditation, breath work, energy work, and related practices to make life beautiful.
