Stainless Steel Professional Series D Major “Raga Desya Todi” inspired Variation Saraz Handpan

This scale is cheerful, positive and uplifting with a little jazzy triumph.  It is a very close cousin of the Indian scale, “Raga Desya Todi”. The typical RDT handpan scale jumps to the major 3rd (F#3) from the center note whereas this variation jumps to the 5th note of the scale (A3).  Both variations leave out the perfect 4th (G).  It plays well with B Minor and E Dorian.
