Mysterious, meditative, and compelling, this is one of our most popular scale requests. D minor variations are also by far the most popular Handpan Scales in general. This variation can also be described as a “Celtic Minor” because the hexatonic scale leaves out the suspenseful minor 6th. This scale also plays well with F major and G dorian.

I have been playing this instrument during my sound meditation and breathing workshops along with crystal bowls and gongs. The handpan adds SO much to the sessions!
