Uplifting, positive and triumphant. The first 9 note variation leaves out the major 6th scale degree while focusing on the whimsical jazzy sugar sweet 7th. The second 9 note variation leaves out the 7th scale degree, which hints more at the compelling and triumphant nature of the mixolydian mode. These scales play flawlessly with A Minor, D Dorian and G Mixolydian.
